Just incase you are not familiar with this part of town, here is a little information. Brookhaven was originally conceived as a golf club community in 1910. The area has a natural mix of historic homes, craftsman style and bungalows as well as a healthy mix of town-homes, cluster homes and modern condos. Brookhaven has all kinds of new shopping, dining and mixed use developments. My 3 favorite neighborhoods in Brookhaven are HillsDale, Ashford Park, and Brookhaven Heights.
