Brookhaven Fields

Brookhaven Fields is similar to Brookhaven Heights in the sense that the neighborhood started life in the 1950’s as cute little bungalows and now it seems the majority of the neighborhood in comprised of 3,000+ square foot homes. I lived in Brookhaven Fields for years and absolutely loved the neighborhood.

A few reasons why I moved into the neighborhood were Dekalb Taxes, appreciation and a strong neighborhood association. The neighborhood is located right next to the Brookhaven Marta station and consists of about 700 homes. Just like the adjacent neighborhoods of Ashford Park and Drew Valley, Brookhaven Fields is just 15 short minutes from downtown Atlanta, and right down Peachtree Road from major shopping malls including the Lenox Mall and Phipps.

Some new homes in Brookhaven Fields feature 10' ceilings, Grand Master suites, finished basements with custom media rooms and chefs Kitchens. If you live in the neighborhood and don’t feel like cooking…just walk on down the street to all the new restaurants on Dresden.
