Brookhaven Heights Homes for Sale

Brookhaven Heights is a fairly small Neighborhood with Huge potential. Over the past 5 years the Brookhaven neighborhood has gone from a predominately 1950’s homes to gorgeous million dollar new construction homes. There are still a few affordable homes under 500k available, but the majority of the homes in Brookhaven Heights are in the 600k-1million + range. These homes feature wine cellars, fabulous master suites, coffered ceilings, finished basements with media rooms and wonderful chef's kitchens.

Brookhaven Heights is in walking distance to the Brookhaven Marta station and just like Ashford Parks its only 2 Miles to Buckhead. Phipps and Lenox mall. Brookhaven Heights has certainly been the bell weather for growth and new construction in Brookhaven. One draw back about the neighborhood is that many of the lots are only 50 feet wide. This definitely limits the type of house you can place on the lot. Many of the surrounding neighborhoods like HillsDale, Ashford Park and Drew Valley have 60-75 Foot wide lots which allows for different floor plans and elevations.
